Every class at Straight Up Dance is different. However, here's what a typical class with us looks like...
Warm up
Students start with a series of exercises designed to get the body ready for movement.
Choreography
The instructor introduces new dance routines or techniques, which are broken down step-by-step.
Drill It In
The choreography is practiced in sections, allowing students to refine their movements and build muscle memory.
